      The Shadow Hunters Empire Auction is a public event held weekly, every Saturday starting at 7:00 p.m. ET. Gates are provided by our members around 7 o'clock, from within Luna and other major cities around Britannia. Come sell your best and most rare items, look for deals you could never find on a vendor, and bring all your friends!
      In order to sell an item, you simply put one lot (a single item, or multiple items meant to sell together as one purchase) in a bag and then label that lot with a book. Bags and books are provided at the Auction House. In the book, please include the following information: the contents of the lot, the asking bid for the lot, and your player's name and ICQ. We start taking items at 6:30 p.m. ET and we stop at 7:15 p.m. ET.
      A small portion (10%) of each transaction will be deducted to pay for our services when an item is successfully sold. If a lot receives no bids then it is returned to the seller free of charge.
      As a public event we insure standard auction rules are followed. A player will be removed if he or she spams (casting spells, inappropriate speech, etc.), claims false or boost bids, and any other action meant to disrupt or interfere Auction House progress. Our endeavor is to provide a fun and trusted place for you to sell and buy items within the game world.
